Niobium ethoxy has excellent piezoelectric, thermoelectric, photoelectric, photoelastic, Electro-optical and nonlinear optical characteristics, widely used in integrated optics, optical communication, optical waveguide and other fields, such as integrated optical path (IntegratedOptics), surface acoustic wave (SurfaceAcousticWave,SAW) device of ferroelectric ceramic material. Niobium ethoxyalcohol is also used to prepare ultra-fine spherical Nb2O5 with good activity, high dispersion and purity by Sol-Gel method. |

Considering that the increase in temperature is very effective in improving the conductivity of the electrolyte, for example: the concentration of the conductive agent is 0.04mol/L, and the conductivity of the electrolyte at 25°C is 0.08 × 104 µS · cm-1; at 80°C, The conductivity rises to 0.2 × 104 µS · cm-1. In addition, the stirring effect formed by boiling is beneficial to reduce the concentration polarization of the anode. Therefore, no cooling measures are adopted, the electrolyte is in a boiling state during the whole synthesis process, and the generated alcohol gas flows back into the electrolytic cell through the condenser tube, and the synthesis time is 76~80h. Synthesize to obtain a mixed solution of niobium ethoxyalcohol and ethanol, distill the excess ethanol at 80°C, raise the temperature to 190°C, and then perform vacuum distillation to obtain a light yellow viscous liquid product niobium ethoxyalcohol. |
