| Use | L-cystine dimethyl ester dihydrochloride is an amino acid derivative, which can be obtained by methyl esterification of L-cystine and methanol. L-cystine dimethyl ester dihydrochloride and crosslinking agent can be prepared by one-step distillation precipitation polymerization to obtain nano hydrogel microspheres with high drug loading and reduction sensitivity. |
| preparation | 150mL of anhydrous methanol is measured in a 250mL round bottom flask, SOCl2(8.0mL,108mmol) is slowly added dropwise, and then 10g of L-cystine is added in batches into the reaction solution. After the room temperature was restored, reflux at 60 ℃ for 5h, the solvent was distilled after the reaction, and L-cystine dimethyl ester dihydrochloride, white solid, was obtained by crystallization with methanol and petroleum ether 1:1. |
