2 '-Deoxy-N2-DMF-5'-O-DMT-guanosine 3 '-CE phosphoramidite is a deoxyguanosine phosphoramidite monomer rich in dimethylformamide groups and dimethylformamide groups. Its properties include high chemical stability, good solubility, easy synthesis and purification.
