| Uses | 5-chloro-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline is a fluorine-containing aromatic with high application value Organic compounds are key intermediates for the production of some pesticides. The advantages of high selectivity, high adaptability, high added value, low cost, low toxicity, low residue, and environmental friendliness of fluorine-containing pesticides are in line with the development trend of contemporary pesticides. In the past ten years, fluorine-containing pesticides account for about 40% of the newly developed chemical pesticides in the world, but fluorine-containing pesticides account for only about 8% of the more than 200 pesticide varieties produced in my country, and the yield is low and the variety is single. There is a big gap with the world's advanced pesticides. Fluorine chemicals are a hot spot in people's development, and fluorine-containing pesticides are also the focus of people's development. |
| Preparation | We used 5-chloro-2-nitroaniline as raw material, and reacted with 4 steps of iodination, acetylation protection, trifluoromethylation and deacetylation to obtain 5-chloro-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline intermediate in a higher yield. After continuous exploration, the yield of trifluoromethylation can reach 78%. The synthesis of 5-chloro-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline mainly includes: iodide, acetylation protection, trifluoromethylation and deacetylation 4-step reaction, the synthesis route is shown in Figure 1. The roadmap for the synthesis of 5-chloro-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline uses 5-chloro-2-nitroaniline and elemental iodine as raw materials, through iodination, acetylation protection, and trifluoromethylation Methylation and deacetylation reaction 4-step reaction to synthesize pesticide intermediate 5-chloro-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl) aniline, this method has the following outstanding characteristics: ①The raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain; (2) the reaction conditions are mild and easy to control; (3) the reaction system is simple, the intermediate is easy to separate and purify; (4) the single-step yield is high, the total yield is medium, and it has potential development and application value. |
