| recovery and preparation | 2,3,3,4,4,5, 5-octafluoro-1-pentanol preparation is as follows: (1) take 3kg of residual liquid, add 10kg of chloroform, heat and stir to fully dissolve it, filter by suction, and extract solid residue; (2) the filtrate is distilled at normal pressure to recover 9.8kg of chloroform; (3) distillation to obtain 1.4kg of organic phase of primer. the organic phase is first rectified at normal pressure, tetrafluoropropanol is distilled, the negative pressure is adjusted to -0.09MPa after cooling to 60 ℃, the reflux ratio is adjusted to 1:1 after heating for 1 hour, and fractions below 130 ℃ are collected, A total of 0.58kg of distillate was obtained. The main components of the 0.58kg distillate are tetrafluoropropanol 50.25%,2,2,3,3,4,4,5, 5-octafluoro-1-pentanol 28.69%, dodecafluoroheptanol 5.94%, dechexanylnonanol 1.65%, and the distillate yield is 16.6%. |
