| Use | Galantamine, also known as Galantamine, is a white or yellowish crystalline powder. No smell, bitter taste. Melting point 127~129 ℃,[α]D20-118.8 (ethanol). Soluble in ethanol, acetone, chloroform, insoluble in benzene, ether, water. After reacting with ammonium molybdate solution, it is evaporated in water bath and added with sulfuric acid to show blue-green. Using purple Lycoris bulb as raw material, it is obtained by repeated extraction and refining with ethanol and chloroform under different acidity. Anticholinesterase drugs.
