| Synthesis method | A method for synthesizing 1,1, 1-trifluoro-2, 4-pentanone, that is, using trifluoroacetate Ethyl acetate and acetone are used as raw materials to prepare 1,1, 1-trifluoro-2, 4-pentanone through Claisen condensation (Claisen) reaction. Experiments show that the suitable conditions for synthesizing 1,1, 1-trifluoro-2, 4-pentanone are as follows: using ethanol solution of sodium ethoxide as catalyst and anhydrous ether as solvent, reacting at 30 ℃ for 2 h, with a yield of 33%. The structure of 1,1, 1-trifluoro-2, 4-pentanone was confirmed by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy.
