| Raw Materials | (2Z)-3-(Diethylamino)-2-fluoroprop-2-enal Silane, (fluoroethynyl)trimethyl- (9CI) 2-Propenal, 3-(dimethylamino)-2-fluoro- 4-fluoro-5-(tributylstannyl)-1H-pyrazole 1,1-DIFLUOROETHYLENE |
The preparation of 4-fluoro-1H-pyrazole is first hydrolyzed from ethyl 2-fluoroacetate as a raw material to obtain sodium 2-fluoroacetate, and then reacted with DMF to obtain (Z)-3-(dimethylamino)-2-fluoroacrolein, and finally obtained by ring-closing with dihydrohydrazine hydrochloride.
