1. Add ether solvent to N-methyl phenyl vinyl amine, and add sufficient amount of tetramethylethylenediamine as catalyst.
2. Acetone dioxime is gradually added dropwise to the reaction system, and the reaction is carried out at low temperature.
3. slowly add chloroformic acid and hydrazine acetate, and continue to stir the reaction.
4. The reaction mixture was purified by extraction and crystallization for several times, and finally the target product was obtained.
