| preparation | add p-fluorobenzoic acid (10.0g,60mmol) and 100mL tetrahydrofuran into a 250mL three-mouth bottle, then add N,N'-carbonyl diimidazole (12.6g,78mmol),TLC monitors whether the reaction of the raw materials is complete, and after the reaction is completed, slowly add 80% hydrazine hydrate (5.94g,95mmol) dropwise, finish dropwise, and stir for about 6 hours. TLC monitors whether the raw material reaction is complete (developing agent: petroleum ether/ethyl acetate 1:1). After the reaction is completed, cool to room temperature, concentrate under reduced pressure to remove most of the organic solvent, add about 30mL of water, beat for a while at room temperature, filter, and wash with water to obtain white flaky solid. 4-fluorobenzoyl hydrazide was obtained by recrystallization with 15mL of absolute ethanol, 6.91g of white solid, and the yield was 75.2%. |
