The hexasaccharide is a substance of the formula C36H68N6O25?6HCl, and the hexasaccharide is the product of partial degradation of chitosan.
Preparation process
from shrimp and crab shell chitin as raw material, by enzymatic degradation, chemical derivatization and column chromatography separation to obtain chitooligosaccharides, monomer standard, polymerization degree from 2 to 6.
application
Used for the development of new products of chitooligosaccharides in the fields of medicine, food, aquaculture, modern agriculture, daily chemical industry and biochemical reagents; reference substance for inspection and analysis of chitooligosaccharides and quality control; research on the preparation of oligosaccharides; research on the interaction between oligosaccharides and proteins; research on the structure-activity relationship and mechanism of action of oligosaccharides and other research fields of sugar chemistry and glycobiology. In addition, studies have found that hexasaccharide can also produce obvious tumor inhibition, and the effect is the strongest when the concentration is 10 mg /kg. Not only that, hexacose also showed good effect on inhibiting tumor metastasis. Hexamasaccharide can inhibit tumor angiogenesis by inhibiting the proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells, and has a very important application in the preparation of drugs to prevent angiogenesis.
