Preparation Method:

exo-3-Boc-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-6-methanol are prepared as follows:

First, 2.5-dimethylamino-1-methylcyclopropan-1-ol and phthalimide are reacted to obtain exo-3-(hydroxymethyl)-3-azabicyclo [3.1.0] hexane. exo-3-(hydroxymethyl)-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane is then reacted with tert-butyryl chloride to produce exo-3-Boc-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-6-methanol.
