After reduction and acinization, a semi-synthetic new drug-red acinyl alcohol vinegar is obtained. This drug has good central sedation and peripheral anticholinergic effects. It is mainly used for antispasmodic and pain relief. It has therapeutic effects on diseases such as gastric ulcer and insomnia, with low toxicity and small side effects.
application
Rhizopine is an anticholinergic drug with central sedative effect and peripheral anticholinergic effect. There is also the effect of relieving asthma, dilating peripheral blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. It is characterized by strong inhibition of digestive tract peristalsis and gastric acid secretion. It has central sedative effect and peripheral anticholinergic effect. Its activity is weaker than atropine, but it has relatively strong effect on inhibiting gastrointestinal peristalsis and gastric juice secretion. There are also the effects of dilating peripheral blood vessels, increasing coronary flow and certain antiasthmatic effects. It is used for spastic pain caused by gastric ulcer and various gastrointestinal diseases.
Preparation
