Use

4-(N-BOC-aminomethyl) Phenylboronic acid is an organic intermediate, it can be used for the preparation of 4-aminomethylphenylboronic acid compounds. 4-aminomethylphenylboronic acid compounds are one of the commonly used substrates in Suzuki reactions. They are often used in the synthesis of biphenyl compounds and widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OLED materials and so on. In addition, 4-(N-BOC-aminomethyl) Phenylboronic acid can be used to prepare lipid pore-filled Silica Thin film membranes for simulating the recovery of diluted carbohydrates.

preparation

di-tert-butyl dicarbonate (G, 16mmol) and triethylamine (13ML, 9.4mmol) add to a stirred solution of 4-aminomethylphenylboronic acid (3G, 16mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (100ml). The reaction was stirred at reflux for 1 H, then the solvent was evaporated and the residue was partitioned between water and ethyl acetate. The organic phase was concentrated under reduced pressure to afford 4-(N-BOC-aminomethyl) Phenylboronic acid (2.67g,10.6mmol) as a white solid.
