5-AMINO-N-METHYLINDOLE - Reference Information
| Preparation | Using 1-methyl-1H-indole -5-chlorine as the starting material, 1-methyl-1H-indole -5-amine was prepared by ammonolysis. 1-methyl -1H-indole -5-nitro as the starting material through hydrogenation reduction reaction, Raney nickel as a catalyst to prepare 1-methyl -1H-indole -5-amine. In this paper, 5-nitroindole is used as the starting material, and 1-methyl-1H-indole -5-nitro is prepared by reaction with methyl iodide, and then the target compound 1-methyl-1H-indole -5-amine is prepared by nitro reduction.
