Molecular Formula | C20H26N3O.ZnCl3 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties bronze uniform powder. Easily soluble in water and ethanol, green and blue. Dyeing at high temperature (120 ℃), the color light is greener. When dyeing, the color of copper ions turns green, and the color of iron ions is slightly dark. It is also more stable in alkaline baths, and the color light does not change in sulfuric acid and formic acid baths. Sun fastness grade 4. Compatibility value K = 4. |
Use | Uses Cationic turquoise blue GB is mainly used for color matching of acrylic fiber strips and acrylic wool, with bright color and good levelness. As usual, it is dyed with cationic golden X-GL and cationic pink FG in bright medium and dark colors. It is dyed with cationic yellow X-6G or cationic yellow X-8GL in dark green, etc. It is also suitable for dyeing wool nitrile and viscose blended fabrics, and less stained with wool and viscose. It is also used for direct printing. It can also be used for dyeing acid modified polyester fiber, diacetate fiber and leather, as well as the manufacture of ballpoint pen oil, carbon paper and waxed paper. |

with m-hydroxy-N,N-diethylaniline as the basic raw material, after methylation, nitrosation and ring-forming condensation, zinc chloride is added to form a salt, filtered and dried to obtain the finished product..
Add 30g of ice water, 6.5mL of 30% hydrochloric acid and 5.1g of m-methoxy-N,N-diethylaniline into a 250mL beaker, stir and cool to 0-2 ℃, slowly add a solution prepared from 2.1g of sodium nitrite and 7mL of water within 15min, maintain the reaction temperature below 5 ℃, and react for 30min. The end point of the reaction was determined with starch potassium iodide test paper.
Add 8mL of water into a 250mL four-mouth flask, add 5.2g of m-hydroxy-N,N-diethylaniline under stirring, raise the temperature to 95 ℃, and keep the temperature for 10min. Then slowly add the above nitrosation solution within 15min, after adding, continue the reaction for 30min, cool to 75 ℃, add 3.5mL of 30% hydrochloric acid, stir for 10min, and dissolve all the materials. Add 50% zinc chloride solution (containing 1g zinc chloride) at 65-70 ℃, and keep the temperature for 15min. Add 50% zinc chloride solution (containing 2.5g zinc chloride) and keep warm for 20min. Cool to 45 ℃ and filter the product.
