Preparation Method:
2-[(Diphenylmethyl) Thio] Acetic Acid can be prepared by the following steps:
1. sulfurizing diphenylmethyl to diphenylmethyl thio compound;
2. The benzhydrylthio compound is reacted with bromoacetate to generate 2-[(Diphenylmethyl) Thio] Acetic Acid ethyl ester;
3. acidolysis reaction was carried out under alkali catalysis to obtain 2-[(Diphenylmethyl) Thio] Acetic Acid.

2-[(Diphenylmethyl) Thio] Acetic Acid is generally considered to be relatively safe under normal conditions of use. However, proper safe operating procedures should be followed during handling and use, including wearing protective gloves and eye protection.
