| overview | the existing methods for preparing L-serinamide hydrochloride are generally as follows: in the first step, boc-ser(tbu)-oh is dissolved in THF, N-methyl morphine, ethyl chloroformate and ammonia water are added at -10 ℃ to obtain boc-ser(tbu)-nh2, in the second step, boc-ser(tbu)-nh2 gas is passed through hydrochloric acid to obtain H-Ser-NH2.HCL crude product. In the third step, the H-Ser-NH2.HCL crude product is recrystallized with methanol. This method has harsh synthesis conditions, high price of raw material boc-ser(tbu)-oh, low amidation yield and exposure to toxic substances, which is not conducive to mass production. |
