uses | 1-benzyl D-glutamic acid ester is an amino acid derivative and can be used as a pharmaceutical intermediate. |
Preparation | The preparation of 1-benzyl D-glutamic acid ester is prepared by reduction reaction with 1-benzyl D-glutamic acid-benzyl ester as the starting material [1]. Bn is often used to catalyze hydrogen removal, such as H2/20% Pd(OH)2-C, H2/Pd-C, H2/PdCl2, Pd/HCOOH or Pd-C/HCOOH, Pd-C/HCOONH4, Pd-C/NH2NH2 or Pd-C/cyclohexene as hydrogen source transfer hydrogenation, while H2/Pd-C removal is usually slow unless Boc2O is added to promote Bn departure. The synthesis reaction formula of 1-benzyl D-glutamic acid ester is as follows: |
