identification test
the flame reaction test was pale yellow.
take 0.1g of powder sample, add 0.4g of sodium acetate and 10ml of water to dissolve it. Use dilute acetic acid test solution (TS-2) or sodium hydroxide test solution (TS-224) to make it weakly acidic. Add 5ml of protein solution to produce white precipitate.
Take about 1g of powder sample and add it to 100 mL2% sodium chloride solution under strong stirring to produce gelatin-like substance.
take 500mg of sample, 10ml of nitric acid and 50ml of water, mix, boil for about 30min and cool. Potassium salt test (TS-27) and phosphate test (IT-26) with the residual liquid should be positive.
content analysis
accurately weigh about 1g of the sample, put it into a 500ml volumetric flask, add l00ml of water and 25ml of nitric acid, and boil it on a heating plate for 10min. Cool and mix with water for constant volume. Absorb 20.0ml of this solution, put it into a 500ml conical flask, add 100ml of water, and heat until boiling has just begun. Add 50ml of quinomolybdic lime ketone test solution (TS-202) under stirring, cover the surface dish, and boil in a screen cover for 1min. Cool to room temperature, stir occasionally during cooling, and then filter through a known weight of Gouchleite crucible (or medium porosity glass sintered crucible), washed with water 5 times, 25ml each time. Dry at about 225 ℃. 30rrlin, cool and weigh. The resulting precipitate per milligram corresponds to P2O5 32.074 μg.
