Preparation Method:
The preparation method of ODIBA is relatively complicated and generally includes the following steps:
-First, octanol is reacted with butyl lithium to generate n-octyl lithium;
-Then, the n-octyl lithium is reacted with the phenyl halide to generate the n-octyl phenyl compound;
-Next, the n-octylphenyl compound is reacted with N,N-diisobutylamine to generate an n-octylphenyl-N,N-diisobutylamine compound;
-Finally, the n-octylphenyl-N,N-diisobutylamine compound is reacted with nitrosodihydrazone to generate ODIBA.
