in the reaction bottle, add solvent DMF(336mL), cool down to -5 ℃, slowly add phosphorus oxychloride (153g) dropwise, control the reaction temperature of the mixed system to no more than 5 ℃, add phosphorus oxychloride dropwise, add aluminum trichloride (66.7g), stir for 30min, then add 112g(1mol) of uracil in solid form to the mixed system in batches, and control the reaction temperature not to exceed 5 ℃, after stirring for 2 hours, slowly raise the temperature to room temperature and continue stirring until the raw materials disappear. Then add 1120mL of phosphorus oxychloride to the reaction system and raise the temperature to reflux reaction for 5h, then evaporate the recovered phosphorus oxychloride, the residue is poured into the rapidly stirred ice-water mixture, and 2, 4-dichloro-5-pyrimidine formaldehyde solid 150g is precipitated, with a yield of 85.2%.
