Its preparation method:

1. synthesis of 1-methylimidazole (1-methylimidazole), the commonly used preparation method is the reaction of methyl isonitrile (methyl isocyanide) with malonyl dihydrazine (diacetyl hydrazine);
2. hydrogen chloride gas is added to the aqueous solution of 1-methylimidazole, and a series of intermediates are obtained by the reaction. after hydration treatment, 1H-Imidazol-4-amine, 1-methyl-, monohydrochloride can be obtained.
