| Synthesis method | Add (aminomethyl) phosphonic acid diethyl ester (4.81g) to a 500 ml reaction bottle, then add 6M hydrochloric acid (300 ml), shake to dissolve the solid. The resulting mixed solution is refluxed for 16 hours under stirring, and after the reaction is over, the target product is obtained by evaporating the mixture to dryness under reduced pressure. |
