Abstract:
citric acid ester is an environment-friendly plastic plasticizer, which can replace the restricted phthalate plasticizer. A new synthetic process of Tri-n-butyl citrate and its acetylation is introduced in this paper. The experimental data are provided for synthetic research.

Abstract:
The synthesis of Tri-n-butyl citrate was studied. The conditions of catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time were tested. On this basis, the acetylation reaction of Tri-n-butyl citrate was studied. The reaction catalyst, feed ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and other conditions were tested. It provides necessary data for industrial production.Key words:

Summary:
Tributyl citrate is a widely used non-toxic plasticizer. The preparation of tributyl citrate catalyzed by chitosan sulfate, p-toluenesulfonic acid, sulfamic acid, strong acidic cation exchange resin, solid super acid, aluminum sulfate, aluminum chloride hexahydrate, ferric chloride hexahydrate, iron chloride solid carrier resin, titanium trichloride, tin tetrachloride pentahydrate, heteropoly acid, rare earth compounds, etc. It is suggested to carry out expanded testing and screening of catalysts developed in recent years with application prospects.

The present invention discloses a catalyst for the synthesis of tributyl citrate and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst uses a strongly acidic mesoporous material prepared by a hydrothermal synthesis method as a carrier, and is chemically bonded on the mesoporous material carrier Acidic ionic liquid, the bonding method of the acidic ionic liquid is surface modification, and the mesoporous material is any one of mesoporous silicon, mesoporous zirconium, mesoporous titanium, the acidic ionic liquid is an ionic liquid containing phosphate or sulfate. First, the conventional hydrothermal method uses zirconium, titanium or silicon precursors and octyltrimethylammonium bromide to prepare a mesoporous material carrier; then acidic ionic liquid surface modification: the mesoporous material carrier is KH-550 with a silane coupling agent, After the toluene reaction is sufficient, it reacts with 1, 3-propane sultone or 1, 4-butane sultone and finally reacts with an ionic liquid containing strongly acidic groups to obtain a strongly acidic mesoporous. The conversion rate of citric acid after use is 90 ~ 99%.
