Bile - Uses and synthesis methods
introduction
the gall or bile of cattle, cattle or buffalo. It has the effects of clearing the liver and improving eyesight, promoting gallbladder and intestines, detoxifying and reducing swelling. content analysis
standard solution accurately weigh a certain amount of USP cholic acid reference standard, and prepare 0.5 mg/ml standard solution with 60% acetic acid. If refrigerated, it can be used for several months.
sample solution is prepared to accurately weigh about 50mg of sample, dissolve it in 100ml of 60% acetic acid solution, and mix it. Filter and discard 10ml of primary filtrate.
