Use:
-tert-Butoxycarbonyl-DAP is a commonly used amino acid protecting group. By adding it to the amino group of the amino acid, it can protect the amino acid from the interference of other chemical reactants in the environment, so as to maintain its stability.
-tert-Butoxycarbonyl-DAP is widely used in peptide synthesis and solid phase synthesis. By adding t-butoxycarbonyl-DAP to the end of the synthetic peptide, the amino group of the peptide chain can be protected to prevent non-specific reactions during the synthesis.
Preparation Method:
