cholinergic agent
carbachol (carbachol) is a synthetic cholinergic drug, which can directly act on the pupillary sphincter to produce an immediate miotic effect, and has an anticholinesterase effect, can maintain a long time of miotic. Can also prevent intraocular pressure after intraocular lens implantation, cataract extraction and other eye surgery.
preparation method
β-chloroethyl chloroformate was obtained from β-chloroethanol by phosgenation, and then reacted with ammonia to produce β-chloroethyl carbamate, finally, it is obtained by reacting with trimethylamine to form a quaternary ammonium salt.
adverse reactions
common side effects were blurred vision, eye pain, corneal opacity, persistent corneal Bulla lesions, postoperative iritis, eye irritation or burning sensation; Head Pain, eye irritation or congestion, eyelid twitching were found occasionally. The above symptoms can generally disappear by itself.
contraindication
1. Allergic to this product is contraindicated.
2. Cardiovascular diseases including arrhythmia, bradycardia, hypotension patients and vagal nerve excitation, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, Parkinson's disease, bronchial asthma, peptic ulcer and urinary tract infarction patients disabled.
