D16 - Effect of quaternary ammonium salt content on the morphology and properties of poly (quaternary ammonium salt)/poly (ether sulfone) blend membranes

Abstract:

an antibacterial membrane was prepared by blending polyquaternary ammonium salt with polyethersulfone. The influence of the content of polyquaternary ammonium salt on the water flux, retention rate, porosity, morphological structure of polyquaternary ammonium salt/polyethersulfone blend membrane was studied, influence of mechanical properties and antibacterial properties. The water flux and porosity of the blend membrane reach the minimum value when the mass fraction of polyquaternium is 1.5%. With the increase of the content of the quaternary ammonium salt, the retention rate increased, and the breaking strength and elongation at break of the blend membrane decreased gradually. The antibacterial performance test showed that the antibacterial activity of the blend membrane against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was greater than that of the Polyether sulfone membrane, and the increase of the content of the quaternary ammonium salt was enhanced.

D16 - Study on oligomeric quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant of glycinate derivatives

Abstract:

with chloroacetic acid ethylene glycol Diester, chloroacetic acid trimethylolpropane triester, chloroacetic acid pentaerythritol tetraester and long chain tertiary amine as raw materials, isopropanol as solvent, three kinds of glycinate derivatives of oligomeric quaternary ammonium cationic surfactants (SAA1,SAA2,SAA3) were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectra. The results showed that the CMC of SAA1,SAA2,SAA3 were 9.1 × 10-4,6.4 × 10-4 and 1.2 × 10-4mol/L, respectively, which were lower than the corresponding single quaternary ammonium salt [H25C12N(CH3)]. The CMC(8.9mmoL/L) of 2CH2COOC2H5] Cl-(SAA0) was 162,167 and, respectively, which was higher than that of SAAO.

D16 - Synthesis, Characterization and performance test of a new type of quaternary ammonium salt

Abstract:

with dichloroethyl ether and N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine as raw materials, A novel water-soluble polyquaternary ammonium salt, Poly [(oxyethylene-dimethylimino-ethylene-dimethylidene-ethylene) dichloride], was synthesized by copolymerization. The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of tetramethylethylenediamine to dichloroethyl ether is 1.05:1, the reaction temperature is controlled at 70 ℃, and the reaction time is 6 h, the dropping acceleration is 30 drops/min. The structure of the product was characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance. The thermal stability and characteristic viscosity of the polymer were determined, when the dosage was 80 mg/L, the sterilization effect was the best, and the sterilization rate reached 98%. The maximum characteristic viscosity of the product was 15.231 3 mL/g.
