Ecamsule - Study on the synthesis of yilongshu

Abstract:
The Optimal synthesis process of an ultraviolet absorber ESCs was explored. Elotinib was synthesized from camphor by sulfonation, aldol condensation and acidolysis. The structure of the product was characterized by 1 H NMR and infrared spectroscopy, and the effects of raw material ratio, alkali type and dosage, acid type on the yield of the product were investigated. It is found that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of yilongshu are as follows: the molar ratio of n-p-phthalaldehyde: n-camphorsulfonic acid = 1:2.2, and the dosage of catalyst LDA is 1.8 times of that of camphorsulfonic acid, acid hydrolysis process using strong acid hydrobromic acid. Under the optimal conditions, the yield and purity of yilongshu were 50.3% and 99.5%, respectively.

Ecamsule - Analysis of the test results of four kinds of chemical sunscreen agents in sunscreen cosmetics and comparison of national standards

Abstract:
in order to understand the addition of chemical sunscreens in commercial samples in China and the authenticity of label identification, combined with recent public opinion reports, four kinds of chemical sunscreens in commercial cosmetics were detected and analyzed. In accordance with the "safety and technical specifications for cosmetics" (2015 Edition) of the 55 batches of commercially available sunscreen cosmetics in okerelin, afobenzone, oxyphenone and 4 kinds of chemical sunscreen agents were tested, and the test results were compared with product approval documents and labels and analyzed statistically, and the relevant standards of various countries were compared. The results showed that, according to the relevant standards of our country, the problem detection rate was 5.45%. According to the standard requirements of other countries, the problem detection rate has increased. The problem samples are from the wholesale market, and there is a phenomenon of counterfeit, it is recommended that the relevant provincial Bureau to increase the supervision of the cosmetics wholesale market. Due to the differences in national standards, it is recommended to continue to pay attention to the revision of laws and regulations in different countries, analyze and evaluate them, and start the revision process of Chinese laws and regulations if necessary.

A non-irritating, non-obscuring, light-stable Ophthalmic sunscreen composition comprising at least one of the following: betriazino; Bisotrazole; Triphenyltriazine; and/or octyl methoxycinnamate. The liquid carrier matrix is the balance of the solution by weight. The composition is an artificial tear preparation or an ophthalmic suspension or ointment. The composition may comprise at least one inorganic active ingredient and/or at least one organic active ingredient. The inorganic active ingredients may include, but are not limited to, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, zirconium oxide, and cerium oxide. The organic active ingredients may include, but are not limited to, dihydroxybenzenone, oxenyl Ester, osimertsalate, humolithate, avobenzone, oxytropine, P-aminobenzoic acid, cinoxanate, methyl anthranilate, oxytroprin, isooctyl p-dimethylaminobenzoate, ensolizole, sulbenzone, triethanolamine salicylate, and ethoxylate .
