The two-step total yield is 66.5%. The structural products of the two-step reaction were characterized. Then try to synthesize new jasmine aldehyde by one-pot method, that is, the two-step reaction of synthesis and hydrogenation is completed in a hydrogenation kettle. The optimum reaction conditions were explored by orthogonal method as follows: 100g of jasmonaldehyde, 100g of methanol, 40g of propionaldehyde, 5g of 5% palladium-carbon catalyst, 3g of potassium hydroxide, 300KPa of absolute pressure in hydrogenation kettle, 40 ℃ of reaction temperature, 3h of reaction time and 64.8% yield. |
