| overview | (R,S)-Gao yichun, medicine, this product is colorless needle crystal. Isatis root is the dried root of Isatis indigotica Isatisindigotica Fort. It is one of the traditional antiviral Chinese medicines and has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxification, cooling blood and relieving pharynx. The 2010 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" used RP-HPLC to determine the content of R,S-Gouyichun in Radix Isatis to control its quality [2]. |

| R, S-Gao Yichun | a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of R, S-Gao Yichun in isatis root granules, isatis root tea and compound isatis root granules has been established according to the current pharmacopoeia standards. the method is simple, stable, reliable and reproducible. The quality control method of Isatis root preparation is consistent with that of decoction pieces, which provides experimental data for improving the quality standard of Isatis root preparation and is of great significance to ensure its quality. In order to extract the target components in Radix Isatidis as complete as possible, five solvents, including water, methanol, 80% methanol, 50% methanol, 20% methanol and 0. 02% phosphoric acid water, were investigated respectively. The results showed that mg · g-1 was determined with water as the content of Table 2 R and S-Gouyichun. The solvent obtained from the sample solution has more extracted components, so pure water is selected as the extraction solvent. There is a big difference between R,S-Gao Yichun in commercially available isatis root preparations. The content of R,S-Gao Yichun in isatis root granules is 0. 010 6~0. 290 9 mg g- 1. In 3 batches of isatis root tea, only the products of Guangdong Heping Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. contain R,S-Gao Yichun. In 8 batches of compound isatis root granules, only the products of Chongqing Heping Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Taiji Group's No.2 Chinese Medicine Factory contain R,S-Gao Yichun may be related to the raw materials and preparation process of isatis root decoction pieces selected by various manufacturers, so it is necessary to control the quality of isatis root preparation. |

| the stability of (R,S) -gouyichun in colang jiedu ling granules | taking (R,S) -gouyichun as the index, under the conditions of relative humidity 65% ± 5% at 25 ℃ 2 ℃, relative humidity 65% ± 5% at 30 ℃ 2 ℃ and relative humidity 75% ± 5% at 40 ℃ 2 ℃ respectively, after placing Ganmao Jiedu Ling Granules for 0, 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, (R,S) -Gao Yichun in Ganmao Jiedu Ling Granules was determined.
