| use | malonamide is used to synthesize malonic acid, malonic acid ester and some malonamide derivatives of heterocyclic compounds with anti-inflammatory activity. Used in organic synthesis. Mainly used as a raw material for organic synthesis |
| Production method | It is obtained by the reaction of diethyl malonate and ammonia. Add ammonia water into the enamel barrel, cool to below 25 ℃, slowly add diethyl malonate under stirring, the reaction temperature is about 20 ℃, and leave it at room temperature for two days after the reaction. Filter out the bottom crystallization, concentrate under reduced pressure, add decolorized carbon, filter, cool the crystallization, dry at 80 ℃, and crush the finished product. |
