N-(1-METHYLPROPYL)MALEIMIDE - Introduction
N-isobutylmaleimide is an organic compound with the chemical formula C9H15NO2. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a special odor.
N-isobutyl maleimide has good thermal and chemical stability. It has good solubility and is soluble in most organic solvents. N-isobutylmaleimide also has higher antioxidant properties and lower volatility.

After completion of the reaction, pure N-isobutylmaleimide was obtained by distillation purification.
