PERFLUOROTRI-N-BUTYLAMINE - Introduction
nature:
Perfluorocarbon is a colorless gas that appears as a colorless transparent liquid at room temperature and pressure. It has high chemical inertness and thermal stability, as well as good optical transparency and electrical insulation.
Purpose:
1. Lubricant: Perfluorocarbon exhibits excellent lubrication performance under high temperature and high pressure, and is suitable for mechanical equipment in various high-temperature environments.
2. Foaming agent: perfluorane as a foaming agent can be used to prepare foam materials with excellent heat insulation performance.
3. Printing ink: Perfluorocarbon can be used as a component in printing ink, making the surface of printed materials wear-resistant and waterproof.
4. Optical coating: Perfluorocarbon can be applied in optical coatings to improve their optical transparency and chemical resistance.
Manufacturing method:
The preparation method of perfluoroalkyl is usually obtained through perfluorination reaction, using fluorinated hydrocarbons and metal fluorides as raw materials, and reacting at high temperature and high pressure to obtain perfluoroalkyl.
