Summary:

chloroplast (phytol) is a branch on the chlorophyll molecule of plants. Chloroplast alcohol ingested by animals can be metabolized in the body to produce phytanic acid and lower phytanic acid. Chloroplast alcohol and its metabolites are not only an important energy source for oxidative metabolism, but also have special biological functions in glucose and lipid metabolism and regulation of adipocyte differentiation polyester. Recent studies have pointed out that this process is closely related to the activation of peroxisome proliferator activator receptor (PPAR) and retinol receptor (RXR). Therefore, this article briefly reviews the basic metabolic process of chloroplast in vivo, the function of chloroplast and its metabolites in regulating glycolipid metabolism and the latest research progress of signaling pathways, providing reference for in-depth study of the molecular nutritional mechanism of chloroplast.

Summary:

The effects of adding chloroplast alcohol to lead-contaminated soil on soil enzyme activity and effective state of soil lead ions were studied by soil culture pot experiment, and the mitigation effect of chloroplast on lead-contaminated soil under different treatment time was discussed. The results showed that the addition of chloroplast alcohol to soil in a short period of time had a promoting effect on soil catalase, sucrase and alkaline phosphatase activities, and an inhibitory effect on soil urease activity, and the sensitivity of each enzyme to chloroplast alcohol was different, with alkaline phosphatase being the most sensitive; when the concentration of heavy metal lead in soil was 600 mg/kg, the invertase activity of chloroplast concentration was 50 mg/kg was the strongest, which was 122.28% higher than that of the blank control group. When the concentration of chloroplast in soil was 250 mg/kg, the activity of soil alkaline phosphatase was the highest, which was the 251.61% of the blank control group. In short, adding chloroplast alcohol to lead-contaminated soil can change soil enzyme activity and reduce the effective state of lead in the soil, and with the extension of culture time, the remediation effect of chloroplast on lead-contaminated soil gradually decreases.
