Preparation The preparation method includes the following steps:
(1) Weighing each raw material in parts by weight;
(2) Adding titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, nickel alloy, tin, copper, neodymium, niobium, indium, cadmium, silicon carbide, silicon dioxide, and heat stabilizer into the crucible resistance furnace, vacuumizing, vacuum sintering, the sintering temperature is 900-960 ℃, the sintering time is 2.5-4 hours, and the vacuum sintering mixture is obtained;
(3) The vacuum sintering mixture is then cooled to 350-380 ℃ in inert gas, and then injected into a three-roll mixer for 30-60 minutes of mixing, the mixing temperature is 450 ℃, and acetate fiber, polysulfone, polyvinylpyridine, tetrahydroxybenzoquinone, and isopropyl acetate are added in sequence, and the stirring speed is 500-800 r/min minutes;
(4) add m-thiocresol, p-aminotoluene o-sulfonylaniline and a modifier to the mixture obtained in step (3), stir evenly, press to 2-5MPa, stir at a speed of 400-800 r/min minutes, stir at a temperature of 450 ℃, keep warm and stir for 1 hour;
(5) directly inject the mixture obtained in step (4) into the mold for pressing and forming, put the molded material directly into a low temperature box at -30 ℃ and cool it for 20-30 minutes;
(6) Put the molded material after low temperature cooling into an inert gas storage box and cool it to room temperature to obtain the finished product.
The beneficial effects are: the lightweight and high-strength composite metal material of the present invention uses titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, nickel alloy, tin, copper, neodymium, niobium, indium, cadmium, silicon carbide, and silicon dioxide as the main components. By adding acetate fiber, polysulfone, polyvinyl pyridine, tetrahydroxybenzoquinone, isopropyl acetate, m-thiocresol, p-aminotoluene o-sulfonylaniline, a transformative agent, and a heat stabilizer, with vacuum sintering, high temperature mixing, pressure stirring, die cooling and other processes, the prepared lightweight and high-strength composite metal material has light weight and high strength, which can meet the requirements of the industry and has good application prospects.
Biological activity Tetrahydroxyquinone (Tetrahydroxy-1,4-benzoquinone), an anti-cataract agent, is a benzoquinone with redox activity. Tetrahydroxyquinone can participate in the redox cycle together with semiquinone radicals, resulting in the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS).
Cell Line: HL60 leukaemia cells
Concentration: 100 μM, 200 μM, 300 μM, 400 μM, 500 μM
Incubation Time: 24 hours
Result: Showed cytotoxic for HL60 leukaemia cells.
