deoxyfructosazine - Preparation
step 1: weigh 5g fructose and 15g ammonium chloride, dissolve in 500g distilled water and stir to mix evenly. Step 2: Place the prepared fructose and aqueous solution with additional nitrogen source in the reaction container, set the reaction temperature to 120 ℃, and the reaction time to 2 hours. After the reaction, a small amount of 2, 5-deoxyfructosine crude product was taken out for analysis. The conversion rate of fructose was 100%, and the molar yield of 2, 5-deoxyfructosine was 60%. Step 3: Rotate and concentrate the mixed solution of 2,5-deoxyfructosine crude product, add 300ml of ethanol and formic acid (v/v = 1:6), filter, remove insoluble impurities, and let the filtrate stand for 10 hours, Crystallize to obtain product 2,5-deoxyfructosine, and the purity of the crystalline product is ≥ 98%.
