use 2-11 alcohol is one of the volatile substances in Bacillus subtilis, which has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect.
preparation step 1): generation and collection of volatile substances inoculation of Bacillus subtilis (Bacilliussubtilis)Jaased1 strains producing the volatile substances into LB culture solution added with sterilized magnetic stirrer (the LB culture solution is yeast powder 5%,NaCl 10%, peptone 10%,pH = 7), the culture was oscillated at 37 ℃ and 120r /min for 24h, and the culture flask was placed on a magnetic stirrer for 30min at 50 ℃. The DVB/CAR/PDMS extraction head is aged at 270 ℃ for 30min. After being vertically inserted into the culture flask, the extraction head is extended to make the extraction head 2cm above the liquid surface of the culture solution to carry out solid phase microextraction of volatile gases produced by the Jaased1. After 30min of extraction, the volatile gases can be extracted from the extraction head. Step 2): Determination of volatile gases Volatile gases are determined with a thermoelectric TraceDsq-gas-coupled instrument. The extraction head was analyzed at the sample inlet at 210 ℃ for 5min, using a non-shunt mode, the carrier gas was He, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the temperature rise procedure was 33 ℃,3min, the temperature rise was 10 ℃/min to 180 ℃, then the temperature rise was 40 ℃/min to 220 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 5min; The mass spectrometry conditions are that the electron ionization is 70eV and the source temperature is 200 ℃, the temperature of the fourth stage is 150 ℃, and the scanning is continuous from 40 to 500m/z. Compared with NIST database, it is measured that endophyte Jaased1 produce at least 15 volatile substances (see fig. 1), 2-undecanone (RT = 11.06), 2-tridecanone (RT = 11.93), 2-phenylethyl alcohol (RT = 8.35), 2-heptanone (RT = 4.36), 2-nonanone (RT = 8.01), 2-nonanol (RT = 8.16), 2-decanol (RT = 9.17), 2-undecanol (RT = 11.16), 2-dodecanone (RT = 11.93), 2-tridenol (RT = 13.77), 2, 6-Di-tert-p-toluene (RT = 13.94), 2-tetradecanone (RT = 14.48), 2-decanone (RT = 9.05), 5-methyl-2-heptanone (RT = 5.79), 2-decanol (RT = 14.55).
