物化性质 | 蜡状固体。呈橄榄绿至深绿色,视所结合的镁量而定。略带异臭。叶绿素a的熔点为150~153℃,叶绿素b的熔点为183~185℃。与黄色的胡萝b素和叶黄素共存于植物叶子叶绿体内。对光和热敏感,在稀碱液中可皂化水解成鲜绿色的叶绿酸(盐)、叶绿醇及甲醇,在酸溶液中可成暗绿至绿褐色脱镁叶绿素。不溶于水。溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮等脂肪溶剂。 |
