体内研究 | 异种移植人HCT116结肠癌细胞的小鼠体内,NMS-P937 (90 mg/kg/d i.v. 或 p.o.)显示出显著的肿瘤生长抑制作用。在负荷HT29,Colo205结肠直肠癌,或A2780卵巢癌移植瘤的小鼠体内,NMS-P937抑制移植瘤的生长。此外,NMS-P937,与批准的细胞毒性药物合用,促进肿瘤消退,并延长动物的生存时间。 |
