注意事项	主要由NP-40、脱氧胆酸钠、磷酸钠、SDS、EDTA、蛋白酶抑制剂等。含有一支1.5ml PMSF。用本裂解液得到的蛋白样品，可以用BCA蛋白定量试剂盒测定蛋白浓度。由于含有较高浓度的去垢剂，不能用Bradford法测定由本裂解液裂解得到样品的蛋白浓度。
