Abstract:
vitamin E is an important fat-soluble vitamin, which has many biological functions such as antioxidation, maintaining fertility and regulating immune system. Most studies have shown that vitamin E is less toxic, but high doses of vitamin E can cause the lack of other fat soluble vitamins in the body, while adversely affecting the immune effect. In this paper, the biological function, absorption and metabolism characteristics and safety evaluation of vitamin E were reviewed, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of safe limits of vitamin E in animals.

Abstract:
through the treatment of carp with vitamin E, and the antioxidant enzymes in carp such as superoxide dismutase SOD, catalase CAT, oxidative metabolite malondialdehyde MDA, and the phagocytic ability of white blood cells were measured, the effects of vitamin E on the health of common carp were evaluated by the body antioxidant system and immune system. The results showed that vitamin E not only has antioxidant capacity, but also can induce the body to significantly increase the production of SOD enzyme. Compared with the control group, the content of SOD enzyme in the liver of the experimental group was significantly increased (P 0 0 0 1), the content of sod in spleen was significantly increased (P 0 0 5 ). Abstract:
objective to evaluate the efficacy of vitamin E in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
