preparation | deuterated aniline is prepared as follows: aniline 10mmol, heavy water 20mL and SOCl20.3 mL are sequentially added to the reaction bottle for 24 hours of reflux reaction. Cooling to room temperature, TLC detection reaction is complete [developing agent: A = V (ethyl acetate):V (petroleum ether) = 1: 10], adjusted to pH7 with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution, extracted with ethyl acetate (3 × 20mL), combined with organic layers, washed with saturated salt water (2 × 15mL), dried with anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered, concentrated filtrate and then processed by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: A = 1 ∶ 20) purified deuterated aniline. |
