Summary:
[Objective] To synthesize the sex pheromone of peach borer by Wittig reaction-cis, trans -10-hexadecenal. [Method] Using dimethyl sulfoxide sodium salt as base and anhydrous dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as solvent, the target was synthesized by Wittig reaction at a temperature of 20~25 ℃. [Results] 1.2g peach borer sex pheromone-cis and trans -10-hexadecenal was synthesized by Wittig reaction with a yield of 30% and cis/trans of 20/80. The field lure test showed that the synthesized compound had the best lure effect on peach borer at 50 μg/lure dose. [Conclusion] The sex pheromone of peach borer synthesized by Wittig reaction can be directly used for field control without cis-and inverse proportional transformation.
