| Use | ZINC05007751 is a potent NIMA-associated kinase NEK6 inhibitor with an IC50 of 3.4 μM. ZINC05007751 showed antiproliferative activity against a group of human cancer cell lines and a synergistic effect with cisplatin and paclitaxel in BRCA2-mutant ovarian cancer cell lines. ZINC05007751 has strong selectivity to NEK1 and NEK6, but has no obvious activity to NEK2, NEK7 and NEK9. |
