2. The above product is reacted with sulfur trifluoride to generate Alpha, Alpha, Alpha-trifluoro-Inter-toluene bromide.
3. Finally, the above bromide is reacted with silver cyanide to generate alpha,alpha,alpha-Trifluoro-o-tolyl isothiocyanate.
