preparation | 5,6-diamino -1,10-phenanthroline preparation: 6 mmol5,6-dioxime -1,10-phenanthroline is put into 40ml of anhydrous ethanol to obtain an alcohol solution, heated to 75 ℃ under inert gas protection, and 25mmol sodium hydrosulfite is dissolved in 20ml of ammonia water solution with 5% content, the second mixture is obtained, and 20ml of the second mixture is quickly added to the alcohol solution. After 45min, when yellow solid matter is precipitated, the same 20ml second mixed solution is added and reacted at 80 ℃ for 2 hours. Cooling to normal temperature, suction filtration, washing with distilled water for 3 times, then washing with ethanol for 3 times, vacuum drying, vacuum degree of 0.09MPa, drying temperature of 65 ℃; Drying time is 5h; Golden yellow solid product was obtained with 76.0% yield. |
