| Application | Pepperacetic acid (3, 4-dimethoxyphenylacetic acid) is an important pharmaceutical intermediate. Pepperacetic acid has a wide range of applications in the pharmaceutical industry. It is used to synthesize wild baby millet. It also includes some key intermediates for clinical research on new drugs. |
| preparation | preparation amount of step 1, 3,4-methylene dioxyphenylethenic acid take 50ml of pepper ring into a three-mouth bottle equipped with thermometer, slowly add 45-50ml of concentrated sulfuric acid under ice bath, slowly add 60-75ml of 50% glyoxylic acid aqueous solution under strict temperature control -6-0 ℃, react at this temperature for 7~9h, add 500~600ml of water at the end of the reaction, stir for 1~2h at room temperature, filter and dry to obtain the product with a molar yield of 90 ~ 95%. Step 2. Preparation of pepper acetic acid 50g of 3, 4-methylenedioxyphenylglycolic acid, 9-10g of sodium iodide, 26-28ml of phosphoric acid and 1.9-2.0ml of methanesulfonic acid were reacted in a three-mouth bottle at 90-95 ℃ for 5-6 hours. At the end of the reaction, 500-600ml of water is added to obtain a white solid, and the product is filtered to obtain a yield of 90-93%. |
