production method | 1.? Stir anthranilic acid into a paste with a small amount of water, slowly add concentrated hydrochloric acid, cool to 0 ℃ and then add sodium nitrite for diazotization reaction, then add 20% sodium sulfite paste, acetic acid and zinc powder mixed with water at 10 ℃, stir and keep the temperature for 2 hours, when the solution is transparent, filter out the insoluble matter, after the filtrate is cooled, add concentrated hydrochloric acid, let the crystal of o-carboxyphenylhydrazine obtained by standing cooling and crystallization to make a saturated aqueous solution. The filtered filtrate is added with a 1:1 benzyl-ethanol solution under stirring until the yellow paste is precipitated, and the stirring is continued for 10-20min. After filtering, benzaldehyde shrinkage -2-carboxyphenylhydrazone is obtained for later use. The reaction formula of the above process is: add ice water and hydrochloric acid to o-hydroxyaniline -5-sulfonic acid to cool it to below 5 ℃, slowly add sodium nitrite solution under stirring for diazo reaction, and control the end point with potassium iodide-starch test paper. After the diazotization is completed, the solution formed by mixing the standby phenylhydrazone and 5% sodium hydroxide is slowly added under stirring, and the sodium hydroxide solution is added until it is fully dissolved, the temperature is controlled not to exceed 10 ℃, standing for 2h, filtering, adding acetic acid to the filtrate until acidic, and recrystallizing the precipitated crystals with ethanol to obtain pure products. |
